Workplace Safety
We are promoting technical cooperation with our domestic and overseas subsidiaries to improve HSE management and reduce related accidents.
SMK3 Certification (Occupational safety and health management system)
LSAG Cable Indonesia considers safety in the workplace as a top priority and has been awarded the Occupational Safety and Health certification, a national safety certification called SMK3 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System).
SMK3 is the highest certification in the field of occupational safety and health issued and recognized by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. SMK3 is a system that evaluates the level of safety culture, including employee safety awareness and behavior, Monitoring Standards, skill and capability development, material management and its movement, reporting and improvement as well as safety management systems and procedures, after going through a strict screening of 64 criteria items, including leadership and safety policy.
LSAG Cable Indonesia continues to promote thorough safety management to build a safe workplace culture.

LS Academy First Lauching in Indonesia and LS CABLE & SYSTEM SOUTH KOREA DELEGATION VISIT
The visit of Ls Cable & System South Korea delegation Mr. Jong Hwa Kim as General Manager for Structure Cabling System Korea (SCS) and Mr. Hwan Seong Jang as Sales Manager for Structure Cabling System Korea (SCS) in the agenda of MoU signing and Launching the first Ls Academy in Indonesia to 30 Vocational Schools and Universities assisted by Axioo throughout Indonesia.
This agenda was also attended by Mr Timothy as Director of Axioo Class Program, Mr Herry Darmawan as Director of Belajarmikrotik.com, Mr Hendrawan as Manager of Ls Indonesia, Mr Erwin as Manager of Infotech Digital System Indonesia, and East Java Education Office.
